At Mindflow, I believe meaningful change happens through safety, trust, and genuine collaboration. My practice is guided by:

I'm Sara, a registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with AHPRA.
My qualifications and training include:
I have experience in both clinical and community mental health settings, working with individuals across the lifespan. Before entering clinical training, I spent over a decade across mental health, disability, justice, and alcohol and other drug sectors — experience that shapes the way I understand and connect with clients.
My research has explored the experiences of women who become mothers following early maternal loss, and the transition to motherhood for migrant women in Australia. As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the profound shifts this life stage can bring.

I'm particularly drawn to working with people navigating emotionally complex experiences, periods of overwhelm, or significant life transitions.
My clinical interests include:
Mindflow is an inclusive practice. I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, relationship structures, family configurations, and cultural backgrounds.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I work with clients to understand their inner emotional world — the patterns shaping their relationships and behaviours, and the underlying needs that may be going unmet.
My practice is primarily informed by psychodynamic and relational frameworks, supporting deeper insight and long-term emotional change. Depending on what's most helpful, I also draw on:
